That’s why ETI’s Assistance Service and Euro-Center concept is such a comfort.
The Euro-centre network is designed to provide "on the spot assistance" to policyholders "during" their travels.
In this way ETI has moved a substantial part of the claims handling service closer to the policyholder.
ETI’s Assistance Company is one of the largest medical assistance companies in Europe. It exists to provide immediate medical assistance for travellers if illness or accident occurs. It is also dedicated to provide a first class service wherever and whenever you may need it.
You can rely on Euro-Centers to help you with the following:
- Replace lost or stolen cash in an emergency.
- Deal with accidental loss of luggage, passport, credit cards or flight tickets.
- Secure access to the best local medical facilities.
- Find a pre-screened doctor or dentist.
- Help you get home in an emergency.

The name ’Euro-Center’ originated some 30 years ago, when the first local Service Center was established on Majorca. Since then a network of Euro-Centers have been opened, which, though carrying the ’Euro’ family name, are located worldwide.
